Research shows that many people are uncomfortable and uneasy with the process of buying or selling a house.

Maybe, they feel they are not in control. Or, they don't have all the information they want.

Most of us agree that Buying or Selling a house can have major consequences in our life.

So many Questions!

Is now the right time to Buy?.. or Sell?
Is the Real Estate Market Trending Up?.. or Down?
Is this a good Neighbourhood?
How much can I afford?
What price should I ask for my house?

Most people prefer an agent they TRUST.

Market Research indicates "TRUST" is at the top of the list of qualities looked for when choosing a REALTOR®.

And, this may surprise you - but, "AGGRESSIVENESS" is near the Bottom of the list.

This study was based on 533 interviews in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver.

Several attributes or qualities looked for when choosing a REALTOR® were "Rated" on a scale of 1 to 10. The higher the score, the more important the quality.

Greg has worked in the Computer Industry for over 20 years. He served for many years as President and Director of several Computer Manufacturing companies.

He is currently President and Co-Founder of Mustard Seed eCommerce, Inc. (www.MS.ca) and is also involved in several other Canadian High-Tech Internet Ventures.

His strong computer background and Internet marketing savvy compliment his Real Estate Career. The Internet has changed the face of the Real Estate market forever.

He was awarded an Academic Scholarship in Business and Economics at York University. After attending York University, he went on to graduate with top marks in the Computer Information Systems Program from Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology.

He was awarded "The Ontario Youth Medal" by the Premier of Ontario. (then Frank Miller) in 1985. It was presented on behalf of the people of Ontario in recognition of Mr. McKay's "Outstanding Contribution" to the province in the field of academic achievement. Mr McKay was recognized for his co-authorship of a publication entitled 'Mind Your Own Business' to assist young entrepreneurs.

Greg was recognized by The Legislative Assembly of Ontario for his Entrepreneurial skills in the High Tech Industry. His success was recognized before the Speaker of the House, and recorded in the Hansard.

Greg is actively involved with his Church and is a Presenter and Teacher for the "Learn to Read the Bible Effectively" Bible Seminar Courses. (www.ReadTheBible.com)
